Membership Information

You have selected the Junior Membership Social only - Annual membership level.

Anyone desirous of becoming a member would benefit from club membership if they know the basic rules of chess : how to move the pieces, castle, capture, capture ‘en passant’, and deliver checkmate
Club membership: Come for a free taster evening. If you enjoy the club you can then become a junior member.
Siblings are half price.
Annual membership has three Terms which are: from September to December; January to March; and April to June
ECF membership: If you want an official rating, and also to play for the club in external competitions, you will need to also join the English Chess Federation. The first year’s memberships is free of charge to juniors.
